USA, HtW has volunteers in the Orange County, California area who have established a ministry to look after those who, for one reason or another, have ended up on the streets. HtW volunteers provide food, toiletries, temporary housing and counseling in Santa Monica, Venice Beach, and Laguna Beach California.
